Interesting Careers in Sociology: A Panel of Alumni

Are you a Sociology major or minor exploring career options? Considering Sociology as a major or minor and want to know more about career opportunities?

Join us for this informal alumni panel to gain insights on career options, identify skills in demand, and learn how these successful alumni applied the knowledge, skills and abilities they gained through their sociology course work to be successful post-graduation!

Our panelists will discuss the diverse career paths available to bachelor's level Sociology graduates and share tips and insights for becoming career ready. The panel will start with some moderated questions and end with an opportunity for students to speak individually with the alumni present.

Confirmed panelists (4-6 organizations/alumni will be represented):

  • Facility Director, The Elite College Park Community Center ('17)
  • Founder, Nicole Hawkins Communications + Creator, Admirable Athlete
  • Sales Operations Manager, Sprinklr, ‘10 alum

Refreshments will be served. This panel will be particularly helpful to undergraduate Sociology majors or student interested in this area of study.
