Upcoming event on campus featuring a short film and panel discussion about the topic of child sexual abuse. The panel will include Matt Sandusky, the adopted son of Jerry Sandusky. It's an interesting film and promises to be a very interesting panel discussion, but it's also an excellent opportunity to learn something about a social problem that isn't often openly discussed. There will also be an information fair.
The film is titled "To Kill A Kelpie," and it is written by Matthew McVarish and Directed and Produced by Edward M. Smith. It was inspired by their lives, and features two brothers, who reexamine the experiences of their childhood (See the film trailer here: https://vimeo.com/69371750).
