Description:Curious about how to increase student engagement in your sociology classes? Interested in learning about low-prep strategies for classroom activities and group discussion? Anya Galli Robertson will share about her experiences this semester teaching Introduction to Sociology in one of the TERP classrooms in the new Edward St. John Teaching and Learning Center. She'll discuss the benefits of adopting active learning strategies for teaching sociology, share her favorite in-class activities, and provide tips for time management during group discussions.
