Louise H. Ly is a President's Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Sociology at the University of Maryland. Louise's work focuses on race, ethnicity, gender, immigration, sexuality, and aging. Using in-depth interviews, Louise currently studies processes of race-making within interracial couples and multiracial families.
