I've occupied two professional roles: educator and applied social sciences consultant. I taught behavioral sciences courses in the MBA program at Johns Hopkins University for twenty years, and sociology courses in the undergraduate department at UMD for the past seven. As a consultant I delivered leadership development programs and conducted employee engagement surveys that included instrument design, analysis and change management methods to improve organizational effectiveness and job satisfaction.
