Moriah Willow

Doctoral Candidate

Moriah Willow is a 4th year PhD student in the Department of Sociology at the University of Maryland. Moriah's primary research interests are gender, race/ethnic and social class patterns and disparities in U.S. labor markets. In 2014, Moriah was awarded the National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship to study patterns of race and gender segregation in the workplace. Moriah is now working in partnership with Professor Philip Cohen and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on research regarding racial disparities in U.S. law enforcement employment.
