Polina Zvavitch

Doctoral Student

Polina Zvavitch is a doctoral student and graduate assistant at the University of Maryland and a recent graduate of The Ohio State University. Her broader research interests are quantitative methods and demography, particularly focusing on contraceptive use and health. Previously, Polina has worked as an intern at the Interuniversity Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR) processing and analyzing survey data, primarily working on the National Survey of Family Growth (NSFG). During her senior year at OSU, she successfully completed a honors thesis about the influence of sex education on sexual behaviors and attitudes using the NSFG.
