The Academic Leadership Program (ALP) is a cornerstone initiative of the Big Ten Academic Alliance's Leadership Institute. It is "an intensive professional development experience designed to address the diverse and evolving landscape of higher education. The program empowers ALP Fellows to be effective academic leaders at all levels within research universities."

Over the coming year, Dr. Meredith Kleykamp will travel to different B1G institutions to meet with her fellow fellows and engage with the "unique challenges of academic administration at major research universities."
